1) Does Phoebe's Rubber Stamps produce mounted stamps?
No, all of our stamps are unmounted, made of thick red rubber, which meet or exceed industry standards.

2) How do I pay?
Phoebe's Rubber Stamps offers the convenience of PayPal, through which you may use your credit or debit card. In addition, we accept checks and money orders. Please see our Order Form.

3) How long until my order arrives?
We will try to get your order to you with all possible haste, but expect a 2-4 week waiting period.

4) Is Phoebe's Rubber Stamps an Angel Company?
Yes. Please feel free to use our images on any hand-stamped artwork. If you give us a credit line, we would be delighted. For all commercial use, please contact us at phoebesrubberstamps@together.net. All original images are copyrighted Phoebe's Rubber Stamps.

5) How can I tell the size of the image?
Each image has the dimensions next to it, height first and then width ( example: 2 x 3 1/2 - stamp is 2 inches tall by 3 1/2 inches wide.)

6) What if I have a problem with my order or with the stamps?
Please Contact Us at phoebesrubberstamps@together.net. We aim to please and will do everything in our power to correct the problem, or, we will send you a refund.

7) I like having a catalog on paper. Does Phoebe's Rubber Stamps offer one?
Yes. Please click here to go to our Products page then chick on Catalog for more details. (Please note that the website offers some stamps that were not available at the time the catalog was printed).
